@bebivpro try a few weeks of overtraining them. that might shock them into growth.

I do deep back squats, and front squats..I find that my glutes and hams always get sore, but never my quads.I really want to build my quads but genetically it is seems hard for me to build that part of my body.I started doing squats and then after finishing those sets I go on to leg extensions bc even when I do short stance lunges I don't get sore in my quads. Any recommendations to help me build my quads?

are leg presses really an isolation exercise? seems to me you're using quads, hams, glutes, and involving two joints, your knees and hips. what is it about this that is isolation? i love these guys by the way, i'm not criticizing their channel. i really like their no-bullshit advice. but i think leg press is a compound movement.
