Let It Go - Harry/Draco

Story:

In their sixth year, Harry and Draco begin a sudden and intense relationship. As Draco becomes more involved in the Death Eaters' activities, the two boys begin to break apart.

Harry is concerned by Draco's secretive behaviour, unaware that he has been assigned the task of killing Dumbledore. As Draco panics and reflects on the chaos the Death Eaters are causing (represented here by the destruction of a bridge in muggle London), Harry confronts him in the boys' bathroom, desperate to know what's going on. Draco panicks and attacks Harry.

Harry retaliates with Sectumsempra, but is horrified to see what he's done. Unable to bear the guilt and realising that he cannot stay with Draco, as they're both fighting for different sides, Harry makes a drastic decision.

As he flees the bathroom, Harry chooses to modify his memory and erase all knowledge of his and Draco's relationship, using Obliviate. (I tried to portray this by showing Harry lifting his wand to his head, and playing his memories in reverse...I'm not sure how well it worked!)

In the end, Draco leaves the castle with the Death Eaters, as Harry turns to Ginny for comfort over Dumbledore's death. He has no memory of his relationship with Draco :(
