The natural flow of energy is a kind of a vortex. This spiral movement pattern is very effective to transport rain to most parts of earth and to create a natural cycle between rainy and sunshine days.
If the spiral movement is inhibited by chemtrails (barium and aluminum particles) then the weather is manipulated in order to create drought or weeks full or rainy days, like during May 2010.
Most people are not aware of the unnatural patterns of the clouds that are manipulated.

I noticed....The jet stream has never tried to curve around like that to form a hurricain over missouri (It almost did...I've never seen it...In my life)

@1TALulu Scalar Energy is misused in the Weather Modification Program, not for the benefit of humankind, but to harm and control.
What I mean by free flow of energy is the natural flow that occurs by absence of all kind of manipulating techniques. Without Haarp and without chemtrails the weather adjust normally in order that the air and the energy flows in vortex patterns and this affects the cloud formation and the human health.
