Magnus takes on Nathan Jones AKA megaman.
This is from his Swedish Power DVD. I got it from Amazon. Don't think it is there anymore. I don't want this to get taken down for copywright reasons, as this seems to be happening to my older videos. So yeah... If you like it, go buy it. He talks about his training, nutrition and past events. One of the few "training" DVDs worth money.

In swedish arm wrestling is called "armbrytning". To bryta is to pry or break. The translation would be arm prying but in this case arm breaking is maybe suitable....

@masterpatric07 it is about both. Richard Lupkes had a shitty technique. He was just brute strenght. Guess what? He become best armwrestler to ever live in my opinion. In his prime nobody was even close. Brzenk got smoked like he was nothing. Size and power matter.
