  • hey sorry to bug you but can i ask what thickness plastic that is? (1/16 inch, 1/8 inch, etc.) and also how ridgid are the pulls? thank you!

    1/16th is .063. I used .025 in this video- It is strong with the flashing but weak when you cut the flashing off. The flashing is the plastic that gets vacuumed to the table that is 90 degrees to the part. .025 and greater starts to give a radius or curvature where the part meets the table with this method. Production vacuum machines do not .
