Heaven

Turin, Italy: Philippa Paccard, deeply disappointed by the police's lax investigation following her husband's drug death, places a bomb in the dealer's cover office. Unfortunately, the bomb goes off unplanned and kills four innocent people. Philippa is arrested and questioned about her (supposedly terroristic) motives. When she hears about her plan going awry, she collapses. Filippo, the official translator, believes in her innocence, and conceives a plan for her escape. While Philippa does not want to elude the justice she deserves for the four innocent deaths, Filippo discovers he fell in love with the beautiful woman. ...than you but I respect your opinion. I happen to see a lot of spontaneity to and vivacity in her acting, you don't. We, as humans, are so vastly different with our reactions to things, it's inevitable we'll disagree. When Blanchett performs, for me there's something boiling away inside, such a mystery, a hidden eruption. I agree with actor Christopher Eccleston, "she's got the perfect combination of intellect and instinct, but at the end of the day she'll let instinct override."

I love so much this scene. I've seen it almost 30 times. My tears were almost always on teh edge of my eyes. I've started to love this great woman - Cate - since this film especially this scene in it. She has got so beautiful heart, so lovefull, so crystalic soul. Thank to her for her.

This is the first movie with Cate I have ever watched... and I simply adored her. Since then, she is my favorite actress..

Questa è recitazione vera, non quelle porcate delle fiction italiane nelle quali si vede, lontano 10 chilometri, che recitano come cani. In questo film invece sembra che ogni parola viene dal cuore, come realmente dovrebbe essere un film fatto bene.
