John Wagner: Guilty as charged! 11/09/09

Former Java Coffee house boss John Wagner has been jailed for 15 years for defiling three minors. Wagner faced charges of defiling three girls aged between 13 and 15 years at his home in Lavington in June last year. His two co-accused, Fetha Nyamweru and Judy Nyaguthie, were each jailed for ten years by Principal Magistrate Teresia Ngugi for exposing the minors to prostitution. Jamilla Mohammed with that story.

@dwm1970 I agree with you;During the trial of these case was there forensic evidence ie dna,physical evidence.biological evidential materials i doubt i am inclined to think it was one of those she did he did.Its fucking pathetic i am appalled not because am American like the Accused but by the grotesque miscarriage of justice and the abomination of the rule of law.I am contacting the American Embassy.John we are sending the Marines to come and get you..........you are innocent!

What a disappointment for the country of Kenya! Look at the facts. Because he doesn't pay a bride false charges are brought against him. Should anyone be surprised that Kenya is full of corruption? The legal system there is a joke! Its sad that he has done so much for the African people and then to have this happen to him. Those false accusers will have their day before the judgement bar of God.

Corruption, jealous, racism and greed. A so-called "women's rights" group tried to extort money from him. He refused. This is the result. If you actually followed the trial instead of your racist heart, you would know there is no reliable evidence of guilt. You condemn without any knowledge at all. I guess that is better than the court, which condemned him despite knowing the evidence did not support it.

John Wagner.....I used to be his friend back in the year 2001 and this guy loved life..."women"..."money.. and restaurants"....this guy used to feed like a pig...for what he has done to those kids, well it's unforgivable.....I wonder if he's sorry for his crime.....then I have a question....this 2 kids they pocketed the money then they went to call the police?????I would like to talk to John myself....

This is a lenient sentence. According to what I read, Wagner the molester is suffering from HIV. The offences should included attempted murder. Why was this offence left out?
