If you want a Golden Globe, Emmy Award or even an Oscar, what you do is make sure you dont cast any black people and if you choose another minority, MAKE SURE they are white enough so you don't question their race, but if you do cast those dark ones , you have to make sure they look and act white but not too too much of a the minority they are.

And that's how you do it because these are the type of people tht run it.

This promo makes Mad Men look like All My Children! There's waaay more to this show than the relationship stuff. The hijinx at Sterling Cooper are the best part of this show.
