looks real to me but id wait until for the full story to decide, it reminds me of a lot of stuff ive been reading about a ring of lights which was seen over the gulf breeze and filmed by a tv crew for a couple of years in the early 90s, sometimes a larger light was seen in the centre and also small orbs were sometimes released from it.
