Underage Drinking: What Parents Need to Know, is a panel discussion created entirely by members of the I CARE Advisory Council, and addresses many issues of underage drinking including legal ramifications, civil liabilities and health/addiction risks. Often parents and guardians are the suppliers believing the myth that allowing youth to drink in their presence is a protection against problems normally associated with alcohol use by young people. The panel consists of community leaders and experts in various fields that have come together to educate people about the risks of underage drinking, not only in the Baton Rouge community, but everywhere.
