Hey Electric Cowboy it's time to come clean. Congress authorized research on the keystone pipeline April 6, 2010. Thats a far cry from 60 days. 2 years partner! What do you put into your gas tank, Algae?! Instead of taking a plane ,do you get around in your solar powered flying squirrel suit. Tell the country how many millions of your money you have you given for R&D while China is purchasing Canadas oil. SHAME on you. Just ride out on the electric horse you rode in on.
