Second Life goes to the movies: "My Name Is Holger!"

While visiting the homeland this summer, Draxtor enjoyed the European premiere of "Life 2.0", the very FIRST feature documentary exclusively focusing on Second Life. A fun evening with a sold out show, Q&A afterwards and some hanging [beers included] with director Jason Spingarn-Koff. Salut to his success & may the theatrical release/broadcast on Oprah's new channel bring a flood of newbies into SL! They are sorely needed....

Really?? Germans thoughtLife 2.0 movie was an Linden ad? Wow.. There were a few ppl pissed at the SLCC when I saw it there. It did have some interesting drama. Maybe Germans like drama.

How do we look at this yes it takes longer then what did the girl say 2 sec. ?

Now i am not going to poke fun at that or the person that was trying to teach others but any teacher can tell you it takes more then 2 sec to leaarn any thing in life even not to pee in ones own pants.

I have found Second Life to take less time to learn to use then FaceBook , Myspace and many other social networks thats on the net to day.

And Second Life gave me a place to help others from home.

Great film draxtor. Now that is strange - I find Face Book just so difficult to use. I am never quite sure exactly which details people can see about me in Face Book so it definitely puts me off using it. Second Life however was just great - I seemed to just dance right in. I have met lots of lovely people, made a lot of wonderful friends and attended some extremely interesting conferences. Thank you once again for a great film!
