Giant Tree Moving - Tree Transplanting at Pebble Beach

A historically significant tree transplant.

Watch this tree-mendous slideshow detailing the process of the transplant of an enormous Monterey Cypress on the 18th hole of Pebble Beach.

When the large tree guarding the 18th died as a result of pine pitch canker and had to be removed, this huge tree (a 200-year old Monterey Cypress) was transplanted in to replace it.
