Amid all the noise of the 5th Anniversary Diggnation party in San Francisco, David Spark caught up with Chris Heuer, Founder and Executive Director of the Social Media Club. Spark asked Heuer his advice on how to leverage social media specifically for getting a tech job. Heuer suggested everyone to build a digital identity and manage their online reputation by adding value, not necessarily trying to stop people from saying bad things about you. By participating in strong social networks it allows you to be seen by your peers as a leading voice and therefore someone they want to hire.
