A somewhat Zappa-esque performance of this lovely Irish air. Guess why I love practicing in the closet? Played on a C half set with chanter by Geoff Wooff, drones by Kenneth McNicholl and pneumatics by Andreas Rogge. Enjoy.

  • Fantastic.

  • Thanks dracapalley. Your vids are stunning, absolutely stunning! Thanks for sharing.

  • Beautiful playing! I don't know if you have any regulators on that set of pipes but if you do, I commend you for not using them.

  • Thanks for your comment and your unusual rendering of Staker Wallace on your fuzzy git:-)

As for the regs... ahem, I have just ordered them.

  • Well done. First time I see a man plying such wonderful instrument in Bath Room :)

  • Oh, I always wanted to see a real Irish bog!

  • You've found the best spot in a house for playing such instrument..

What amazes me the most is the ability to play galician music along galician instruments in C.

    Very beautiful...

  • Magic sound

  • Great tone

  • fantastic! :-)

  • ..che pena...chiuso nel cesso...sembra in punizione!

  • Oy! Lovely lament, no doubt. As always, I am brought to tears by the beauty of the sound, and long for home. Yet, does not a vid shot in the loo take so much away from the joy of the lament?

    Cheers!

  • hahaha, anything except brass (we sound terrible in them!)

  • Good idea to record it in the bathroom! The acoustic is outstanding
