@billma12345 Probably when you kick your at an angle wher your feet actually come high neaer or above the surface and as you push forward you do an involuntary dolphin kick. Try swim slow and see if you can figure it out. Watch underwater videos of good breast stroke swimmers too and try think of what your doing as you swim. Hope this helps.

@nickandapple Show me a video proving that, cause since from whenever I could remember Kisuke was winning most if not all breast stroke races. oh right i forgot 2 tell u. Kitajima my idol and hes won gold in athens and bejing. Obviously phelps is better but Kitajima fights and wins 4 my country
