Hey guys! I wanted to share this awesome polish with you and do a real time video of it working it's magic. This polish dries very quickly and I would describe it's finish as a rubbery. It feels sort of like leather when it dries so I decided to apply a top coat (Seche Vite). Hope you enjoy this quickie video. I'm working on tutorials and will be uploading them soon.
I bought this polish online. You could probably find it in stores but hurry I think it's going to sell out fast.

GUYS! try applying it horizontally (sideways) for it to turn out like this instead of freakishly straight lines!! THUMBS THIS UP SO PEOPLE WILL STOP COMPLAINING WITH THE SAME COMMENT

@swiregurl mine doesn't crack in straight lines, I'M reading a lot of comments that say that.

when i do it, it looks like i dipped my figures in black coffee :(

The trick is to apply the Shatter super quick, in one coat. DO NOT go over the nail twice, even if you missed a spot. It dries SUPER quick. It took me two tries to figure it out.
