  • Don't believe? just look at ATI's benchmark test they always use 3 cards against 1 NVIDIA 200 series card. I say if your going to compare crossifreX to NVIDIA then hook it up right bitch Tri-SLI those fockers then see what you get...what? what? a drop in those shitty ass DX11 cards is what your get. And let me set this straight 3 5870's in CrossfireX against one GTX 295 doesn't make it faster it makes it weaker. That's 3 cards against 2!

  • 5850 outperforms a GTX 285 by a slight margin and the 5870 outperforms it by a considerable margin and closes in on the GTX 295. I'm not all that excited by DX11 games but eyefinity is cool and DX11 is at least more future proof then buying Nvidia's last generation of cards (200 series came out in Mar. 2008, overdue for a new series).

  • i am trading in my Phenom II x4 955 and all my AMD stuff for core i5 should i get a GTX 275 Superclock or go ATi help

  • At the moment, ATI has the upper hand with DX 11 graphics cards so I say buy a 5770, 5850, or 5870 depending on your budget.

  • Hey, i wanted to buy a new graphics card for my computer. I hope the new one can be the GeForce GTX 275, but I am not sure if my computer has the proper requirements. My operating system is Microsoft Windows XP proffessional. The System model is a Dell XPS720. The processor is an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2. 66 GHZ.

  • Hey ya, it also depends on your motherboard and power supply but most likely it should work with your system.

  • @doomtomb3 be careful with what you say, I'm not a fanboy at all but I've had very bad experience with ATI's high-end hardware, I killed a HD4850 and a HD4890 in not even a year of time without overclocking those bastards so I'm kinda pissed! I can't say anything bad about the performance of the cards, but really now I understand why Nvidia has such expensive cards, I have a Geforce 7900GTX that still works perfectly and she's 4 years old already.:) Now I use a GTX 285, it's a lot better

  • @doomtomb3 And the 5970?

  • Is it just me, or did anyone notice the credit font is that of Uncharted 2?

    Uncharted 2 FTW

  • @doomtomb3 can i have you cpu overclock setting i ve got the same setup i need to overclock it just like urs.i need to overclock my cpu like u have got it overclocked at 3.57 or 3.6..thanx in advance.

  • I love my GTX 275- its beastly, im playing Crysis at Very High Spec at 1920X1080, 4X AA with perfectly smooth fps.

  • Been thinking about getting the same card

  • I got the same tower as you comos s i believe??

    Nice

  • your using the hell out of your RAM with all those icons

  • not bad
