Got scammed a Blue Partyhat by Win all Day fc

I've got scammed a Blue Partyhat by Win all Day, when i ask for a refund he says some mean stuff and refuses to give it. Pretty sad to be honest, if you keep on making up reasons. All his chats are set to private, even his clan is and you can't talk in it. The reason why you can't talk in it is because then tons of people would join him and be mad at him because his clan has scammed them. He is also contradicting himself, why does he want to take me my videos offline for 50m if he says they're clearly fake?
The reason why I just changed the comments setting is because tons of people are raging at my video's because they think Win All Day deserves a 200k IRL bank because of scamming. He was even scamming his own rank called ''dr fishey''. Could it even be more sad? Yes! Making a video saying that I edited it while I clearly haven´t edited it. Nice logout with my partyhat 0 kasanova 0?
Don't dice with Win All Day, you'll lose everything you've ever had within a day. People get Scammed in there All Day!
Also said something about people saying that my video is fake:
Jagex made a system that when you get ''lagged'' out, you're still for 30 seconds online. When in combat for 5 minutes. But you can count the seconds and it says: ''15 seconds'' so he must have logged as thats the only way to logout in a shorther amount of time then 30 seconds.
Why did Win All Day want to pay me 50m to take my videos down if he says they're clearly fake?
And if you check the beginning of my video you can see me pressing ''req assist'' while im clearly trading. And when I was recording this video something similair happened outta nowhere. So basically, that ''black'' line you guyz have seen was just my camtasia-pc.
The 0 kasanova 0 guy did also get deranked right after he scammed me.

This is the full screen version of the video, couldn't find it first and thought i deleted it 'cuz i have a solid state drive (SSD), which loads stuff slower when it gets more full, but it was on my harddrive! So I do still have it :)
