There was a great version of I'll See You In My Dreams played during The Concert For George tribute in London in 2002. Brings a tear to even the most cynical eye.

IMHO, the best guitar version of this piece is by Chet Atkins and Mark Knopfler - check out the one put up by DogSwede1. And watch Knopfler's face at Chet's first lick at 1:36 when he starts his solo.
And remember, guys, technique and speed are great, but it's really about the MUSIC.

@jsnoodle1 : Another CGP won't happen. Chet's daughter, Merle, granted a CGP to Paul Yandell, Chet's long time sideman, a few months ago, and announced there would be no more.

@bobbelan wasn't Merle's song either. its an old one, originally recorded in 1924 by the Ray Millar orchestra. Isham Jones wrote it.
