In a Climate One conversation on Canada's oil sands, Sierra Club's Carl Pope argues that although Canada is a friendlier country the Keystone XL pipeline won't be used to import oil into the US. Instead, the US will be a transit and refining zone that takes on the environmental risks before exporting the oil elsewhere.
