Highlights of Auburn's win over Northwestern in the 2010 Outback Bowl. The loss extended Northwestern's post-season drought as the Wildcats are now still without a bowl victory for the past 61 years. Northwestern quarterback Mike Kafka completed 47/78 pass attempts for 532 yards, 4 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions.

Northwestern passed for over 500 yards and still lost. Like i always said to win football games, you have to learn how to run the ball, instead of forcing turnovers inside the 5 yard line. Dumb Fitzgerald. WDE!

As far as I'm concerned... the 2010 Outback Bowl was the beginning of the 2010 Auburn Football season. It showed the fight and the determination that the Tigers have as a team, and that carried on into the next year. And having Cam Newton as our QB didn't hurt, either.

I remember watching this game now. The game we won three times....so this is where their "give-the-fans-a-heart-attack" style started. you can see the secondary problems in this game, but you can also see the offense that won us the Title this year take shape too.
