@TheNathanScott12 Tim Grover did that.
-
"Massage stimulating recovery" That has yet to be proved though..
-
@otherdude15 looks like he's working on strengthening his hip flexors with the thrusts. The leg kicks probably trains his core for better stability in the air/running

what's that last exercise they show Wade doing for ? like what muscle/part of the body does it work and what for ?
-
See how D-Wade looks in this vid compared to now? proof that Grover re-built Wade's body from the ground up.
-
@TheNathanScott12 But Tim Grover was made famous by MJ because of his skills as a trainer.
-
@TaylorReese04 No he actually isnt. He should be thanking God everyday for having the opportunity to train Jordan.

They say Wade grew up in the shades of one of the best players.. MJ .. Correction Michael Jordan is the BEST player ever played the game

I can only imagine the confidence Wade had in Tim Grover during that period.. 3:04 where Tim says "he'll be the most explosive he's ever been in his career after we're done with him, guaranteed, no question about it" Man, saying that he'll even be better than he was in the 2006 finals? That's confidence right there. That should make his clients put in the work. This man not only knows his job, but puts the effort in. That alone is a mental boost for the athletes. Very inspiring.
tim grover is the best trainer period
