Unfortunately, most of these features are already available in competitors' templates. Competitors' templates almost all allow for mobile device support and re-sizing based on resolution. And even if those features aren't available, there's always the option of adding in some scripts yourself or a couple if/else scripts using libraries like modernizer. Good start though!

@ConforMIDI thanks for providing feedback, what you mentioned is the Mobile Ready technique, rather then a native responsive solution.

Mobile Ready: Provide an independent layout/interface on detecting the browser devices. It can be very flexible but maintaining/updating content is very painful. You have to provide UX for iOS, android, Symbian...
