For á, you press: Alt and 0225=á
for é, you press: Alt and 0233=é
For í, you press: Alt and 0237=í
For ó, you press: Alt and 0243-=ó
For ú, you press: Alt and 0250=ú
For ñ, you press: Alt and 0241=ñ
For ¡, you press: Alt and 0161=¡
For ¿, you press: Alt and 0191=¿

You might also want to mention that you have to hold down the ALT key, type the numbers, THEN release the ALT key. In many cases, the numbers must be typed on the number keypad (the numbers at the top of the keyboard won't work), and that users may need to make the characters in an editor like Word, and then paste it into the destination window, because some browsers take the alt plus number pad sequences as actions rather than characters. It can be tricky! :-) ☺
