I've got an amber one of these, works well and I like it. I found it in the trash with the box for it.
Hocked my Genesis up to it and played Sonic.
I've got a video of it posted up.
But these old monitors are quite nice.

For anyone not able to figure it out, I know nathanallan1 and this is just good nature ribbing and not actually flaming each other.
Now does anyone have any software that will give the sound card automatic level control? ALC - I need it.

@MustNotRead yeah, early 80's old for the monitor, the Genesis is a bit newer. Thanks!!

reminds me of when I hooked up my brother's SNES to our monochrome monitor from the Apple. I played F-Zero like that for a while. heheh.
Finally trashed that monitor a couple years ago, I just couldn't think of any reason I'd ever use it again.

I have the Zenith computer that this monitor goes with, but it has a memory error. All good, since it works with most everything, only in green. Good to have a backup.
Also, I'm red-green color blind to an extent, and though I *can* see that it's green, it looks like a very bright green, mixed with white.

I would think playing F-Zero would be reason enough. Sorry to hear you trashed it.

this video wanted to disappear, and I cannot figure out why. It's been up a while, but that shouldn't matter.
