Macedonia's struggle against Greeks (1904-1908)

In the period between 1904-1908 Greek terorist bands organized by the Greek army were being infiltrated in Macedonia in order to "spread hellenism".. Everyone who didn't want to declare himself as a Greek, was being slaughtered...

Macedonians were being killed only because they are Macedonians and not Greek... Whole villages were burnt..

But, the Macedonians answered back they started fighting these intruders and one by one they were knicking them out of Macedonian land..

Thanks to them, the Greeks didn't occupy Bitola, and other parts of Macedonia... Thanks to them, Macedonia and the Macedonians still exist.

germanos was telling to bulgarians you are slavicized greeks and they were believing him and fought for the greek side.modern macedonians say the same thing that they are slavicized macedonians.the ethnic term macedonian was created after 1940 by the serbs in order to keep the inhabitants of fyrom (which was never macedonia but paeonia) away from bulgaria.

There is also a letter to President Bush (if I am not mistaken) from 346 american professors presenting evidence on the Hellenic origin of ancient Macedonians and the fact that modern Slavo"macedonians" are a completely different people. Actually there are a lot of information on the web (even on wiki) showing that so called "Macedonians" are mostly Bulgarians!!

@1rebmunziza Well, I don't want to point out either Greek or Slavo"macedonian" websites since there is always the danger of them being subjective. I think a good start will be wikipedia, search for: "Ancient Macedonians", "Macedonia (region)" and from there see individual linksn, of course check "Alexander the Great". Additionally there are very interesting articles from american universities on Antique Macedonia.
