The Korg M1 and Roland JD-800 were produced around the time (late '80s/early '90s) when New Age music was very popular. These two synthesizers, among many others of the period, are well suited to the genre, because of their refined, glassy, early digital sound.
Reminds me of Hearts Of Space stuff

We love the warm of JD-800. The stereo panorama is wide opened. Our JD-800 had a problem with the metal weights that are fixed under the keys. It was a dissaster, but as the sound is terrific, we kept it in use but from other keyboards.

@douro20 The M1 does not have analog-style or resonant filters, Korg did not have any until the Trinity in 1995.

Characteristic sounds for that time and for the chosen synths, compliment! Roland JD-800 is the one modulating pad machine, Korg M1 with it's crystal, cool digital sounds at a glance...

My favourite musician (Tax-5) uses the M1 often IIRC. I love those space sounds.
