to answer the questions it is a 200 ci straight 6 with 6 into 2 ford six parts headers, nickel coated. exhaust spacer in the 3 and 4 port really upped the torque. 2 inch dual exhaust with 40 series flow masters. it has a bourge warner 5 speed with adapter plate from National Parts Depot. all bolt up. and with all the upgrades and transmission with 3.40 gears and 8 inch rearend i was getting about 25 mpg on the freeway.
also i went to electronic ignition from pertronix and got rid of the points and condensor made a lot of difference in how it started on cold mornings.
any parts you want for your classic six cylinder build i would check out classicinlines.com. customer service is great and they have a lot of intake and carb upgrades to make your 6 perform like an 8!
since then i have upgraded to a 302. updates to come!
good luck with all your mustang builds!
what is on that? it sounds great . flowmasters? did you use new header? or what ?
