@zwerverbeer That is true indeed, but what i was saying is that they weren't proud of being a viking whatever they called it back then, since they were all not all united. most of them were in fact pirates or poor people searching for a new place to live, that is fact. I'm not saying they weren't awesome, just that they were not mighty perfect warriors who fought against evil and were proud of that :P

@juanarkantos there wasn't a form of viking pride because that's a term we made up for them, but there was certainly pride for the village, for the clan, for the warlord and above all, for the guiding gods above.
