Stretch 3 Areas with 1 Movement

Stretching your shoulder can be difficult at the best of times. Here is a stretch used by Chris Williams, VIS Athlete in Archery who needs to keep his upper body flexible at all times with his sport.

This stretch keeps the shoulders, upper back and pecs flexible which can help eliminate pain in your back, shoulders and also decrease help decrease headaches.

  • thanks man, i'm in highschool and I use this stretch like every hour to keep my posture up straight during the long class periods. I love this stretch!
