Occupy Vancouver Inaugural General Assembly

The inaugural Occupy Vancouver General Assembly meeting called for 1pm in the W2 Media Café basement multi-purpose Studio. The overwhelming turnout self-organized to occupy the Atrium more suitable to a gathering of 300 and more.

In solidarity with the four week long Occupy Wall Street in New York and some 200 other actions around the world, the assembly chose human microphones as amplification.

Human microphones don't work well In Atriums. Impressive enthusiastic inspiring. More expected Saturday October 15 at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
