Jennifer Havas admits in court, under oath, that she lied about domestic violence in her divorce and used false accusations of domestic violence to get sole custody of her and her ex-husband's son. The Judge in this case even disciplines Divorce Attorney Ronald Kranz for flimsy and false allegations and tells Attorney Ronald Kranz that Mark Havas has Freedom of Speech.

In response to the posting above, ordinarily this would be true. However the mother here never wanted the child in the first place, she wanted an abortion, and it was the Dad who wanted the child. After the child was born, BOTH DAD and Mother were the EQUAL care givers for the child. There was NO Primary care giver. The mother didn't honor her marriage vows, she started drunken arguments with the dad and wanted to go for drunken drives with the child while dad tried to protect the child.

False domestic violence arrests tear apart families. I love how this judge is ripping this attorney a new one... but I'd hate to be a defendant in her court, especially if it was a criminal case.

In the UK, secrecy laws prevent mentioning of what happens behind the doors of Family Courts, and to get a audio tape transcript is like jumping through hoops of fire.
