genetics is overrated. I am sick of that lazy excuse. Anyone can become muscular and have low body fat, unless they have a serious metabolic issue, which is rare.

  • Guys please don't post any hate messages, the guys needs respect....God bless all......

  • Awesome Sir, love and respect all the way from India............

  • This guy has serious issues...

  • look at his eyes hes baked!

  • @DialecticEclectic Insane striations on the upper body, huge veins, puffy nipples.

Look at natural bodybuilding shows. Guys who've lifted all their lives don't have that look. To make it more relevant, Scooby and leemhayward on youtube have both worked out furiously since they were young and neither of them have that look.

Btw as you get older your body starts deteriorating and it becomes increasingly difficult to build and maintain muscle.

  • @ShirayuriSky

    Your evidence?

  • @DialecticEclectic "No it really is possible to do it you just have to keep going and be very dedicated and eat right ." - Average naive halfwit.

A fat guy who started lifting when he was 40 years old would not achieve the body of OldSupermans bodyspace picture in a million years without steroids and other substances, let alone 8 years.

  • @mwredfern You can't just say he isn't roiding, chances are he may have. But obviously this guy has worked his ass off, either way it's inspirational.

  • i been working out 4 only 4 months but if a guy his age call get through all this worlout routine then i have no xcuse why i cant get the muscles i want and genetics have nothing 2 do with bodybuilding all my uncles r very skinny none of them have muscle but i want 2 change so i have something 2 be proud of when i look in the mirror.

  • Popps is an amazing person!!

Wish my grandmother had a doctor like he's doctor!
