@joewaldo1 I took this from the top floor of the FINE Parking Garage. I did have to pay to go there, but it was worth it, I'd say. Alternatively, you could head over to Jones, Jr. (KRVS). No fence between you and the runway, and there's a gazebo that has a perfect view of 19L and 19R. Have fun in Tulsa!

Last time I went, I sat on the other side of the road outside the fence, and a security vehicle pulled up and watched me for about ten minutes, got on the radio, so I decided to leave. What's the deal there?

@TheViralEntity I've seen those trucks driving around; some airports are more friendly with spotters than others, I guess. I took this from the top floor of a parking garage, far from where they operate, but even then I felt like I was being watched.
