Purcell quartet is a fantastic interpreter of baroque music, this version of Corelli's Chaccone is lovely. I just wonder why they don't play the ritornello!
@simogaia92 the ritornello is not in all historical editions of Op. 2.
Muffat knew Corelli's Op. 2.... ;-)
I bet he did. Corelli was revered even long after his death.
