my dpad wouldnt go down, so i punched it real hard a few times, now it works :)

360 controllers suck for gta san andreas cheats, that dpad fuckin sucks

did u do the sanding mod before doing this?

really nice! but instead i used small pieces of duct tape on the little lines under the dpad where you put the circle piece. It made my d pad feel so much better to use.

@gameplaya2022 I was able to do it without the torx security. My d-pad is much responsive now but it makes a really loud noise when you release after pressing a direction, sounds like the joysticks when you press them.

@lasermac83 they're like 5 bucks at a hardware store.

I was about to do this mod but then I found out I need a Torx Security screwdriver, not a regular Torx. :(

This mod should not interfere with the mic at all. Either your mic doesn't work or something wasn't correct when you reassembled it.

i did it and works awsome now and u should put ps2 joysicks on your xbox 360 controller
