I used to work at The Dillard House. The country ham is excellent, but I don't know what this guy is talking about. Nutty? Spiced with pineapple? I can't say I've ever noticed that.
@ kasonyaj1 - You don't sit with strangers like this guy would have you believe. You get your own table. "Family style" refers to the way the food is served. They don't bring out individual servings of food. They bring out a big plate of ham, a huge bowl of corn, etc. and you help yourself and build your own plate.
