American Idol 2011 (New Orleans Audition) - Paris Tassin HD

Have you ever seen an "American Idol" judge on her way out of the auditions try to find a contestant because she just had to give her a hug?

You have now. While last year's "Idol" audition shows became most memorable for General Larry Platt and his "Pants on the Ground" song, this year's tryouts have a more emotional resonance.

We are talking, of course, about Paris Tassin, the young New Orleans mother who brought new Idol judge Jennifer Lopez to tears with her rendition of Carrie Underwood's "Temporary Home" during the New Orleans auditions.

By this afternoon, Google was buzzing with Paris Tassin searches, with Idol viewers eager to know more about the attractive brunette who was one of the 37 performances given pass cards to the next stage of the show in Hollywood, Calif.
