This is my NHD project from like...months ago. I did not make it past the regional competition, although my teacher said that it was one of the best documentaries she had. Enjoy!

  • Great video

  • I found you Haley!! Great job! Tell the guy below that the Army Air Corps became the Army Air Forces in June 1941 - BEFORE we entered WWII!!!! You were right!!

  • Bravo young lady, very nice job.

  • Well done! Women Airforce Service Pilots is correct. The WASP were attached to the U.S. Army Air Forces during WWII (previously referred to as the Army Air Corps). When the WAFS (Women's Auxiliary Ferrying Squadron) merged with the WFTD (Women's Flight Training Detachment) they became the WASP (Women Airforce Service Pilots).

  • Very nice presentation!! Keep up the great work!

  • Women Auxiliary Service Pilots, and also in WWII it was not the Air Force yet, instead it was a branch of the Army, thus the name Army Air Corps. Great Presentation though!!!!!
