Whatever he gained, be it cash or a green card should be forfeited and he should be sent back to his country. There is no other reason he would marry a heterosexual other than financial and social gain. I say "back home with ya buddy".

Part 3. That is his responsiblity to it. I cannot view Johnathan as blameless. Can't do it. He is a man, an adult, and to view his responsiblities like they do not exist, it is crazy. I cannot treat a grown man like a child.

Part 2.He used her for a green card and money, he tried to get over like a fat cat. And did in many respects.This is not about being anti male.I would say the same thing if the tables were turned and Johnathan was a female.When a person reach 21, he/she are not children anymore. They are responsible for their part in it.He is gay, he knew it for a while, he slept with other men, while he stayed married to her.He remained married to have rights to the money and for the green card to be valid.
