I am wondering if Katherine had this commercial shot by a VA. Production Company?
The reason I am asking, I see that she has spent over $38,000 outside VA. for services that could have been preformed by VA. companies.
There are others who are running for VA. Elections who have also gone outside the State and hired companies to produce TV commercials, radio spots, conduct surveys, print campaign signs, etc., just like Ms. Waddell.
