@TheDamionPkerVids You don't need a Noose Wand.

Only 500gp -> when u log out , u stay with it , u only need to pay again if u leave the Falconry.

You should use the AKQ fairy ring code to get there. You will arrive few steps west of it ;)

Spirit kyatt may tele you there too, but the pouch costs like 10k.
