The guy holding the camera (Jin Woon) is in love with the girl(So Eun). But So Eun is the girlfriend of JW's friend, so JW can't do anything but love her from afar.
One day, while the 3 were on a trip, JW gets hit by a truck while standing on the highway, distracted b/c he was too busy videotaping. He dies.
Later on, So Eun watches the vid & in that vid, right b4 he gets hit, JW confesses, "Hyung, truthfully, I always liked So Eun" Then, the truck hits him & his last words are "I love you."
