how does one get in touch with mooji?

Just leave everything as it is and observe. Then ask who the hell is playing piano while Mooji is asking for internal silence?

silence is not literally silencing of expression but openness of awareness beyond distractions, like a wave coming to recognize itself being apart whole ocean even with breeze this is present.
Would dearly enjoy knowing what song is here ?

"Leave it" profound words, something many of us dont like to do. we like to feel attached to something even if it takes our energy. As mooji says" leave it and dont return"

I am seeing a path to emptiness and not to selflessness. Emptiness is void, a whole of nothingness. After a while, humans are going to want to feel something, even if it requires crashing into something or someone. Even if it is pain or hurt.But selflessness is fullness. Full of love, joy, peace, self-control, fresh air. It can, if allowed, take the place of hunger, sex, and even fear. Selflessness is the garden of Eden and IT still needs Adam to til the garden. Find this and you find God.
