Because of the level of experience needed "Hybrid Horsemanship" techniques are specifically aimed at trainers and not for the average or beginner horse person.

@Traildraft That's my problem. My horse is 16.1 and I'm only about 2 inches taller. If I fall off on the trail while riding bareback, I'm screwed. That's it, have a nice walk home. But I don't see myself being able to do that! D:

i still cant do it..lol...my stallion is only about 15 hh O.o...im 5'6 >.>

I used to be able to swing up, but I had a horse accident 3 years ago and have a titanium rod plates and screws holding my left leg together. I still ride, but mounting really hurts!!
