Minecraft - Antigrief Plugin

Here is my first attempt at making a plugin. It stops people from griefing in your server by not allowing them to place tnt and lava buckets. It also stops them from igniting any block in Minecraft. I know that there are probably other better anti-griefing plugins out there but I thought I would just show how basic mine is.
