This video was taken about 10km's north of Boonah near a small community called Roadvale.
A severe squall line developed in south east Queensland on this afternoon just hours after storms had caused extensive flood damage to areas around Brisbane.
This squall line went on to pound suburbs of Brisbane yet again.. for the third time in five days.
Some areas suffered roof damage with 2-3cm hail reported in some places.
@aus2045 There's no such thing as a 'mini-tornado' let alone a 'true mini-tornado'. A tornado of any strength is a rotating funnel of air that TOUCHES THE GROUND. I didn't see any funnel, any suspicious scud, nothing to indicate there was a tornado. It was a squall line. Some people... SMH.

Guys, this is actually a mini-tornado. We get 100s of these, you can tell it's a true mini-tornado by the green colour and the confused swirling winds.

Easily the most intense storm we've had in brisbane. The microburst was bad enough, but i cant begin to imagine what the poor buggers in the midwest have to go through
