@Ninjaforhire2008 While he was obviously meant to look like he hit it with his hand (if I remember right, they show him rubbing his hand after he turns the corner), he actually hits it with the side of his forearm or possibly elbow (though I would think the elbow would hurt just as much considering there isn't any more padding on the elbow than the fist). In any case, he only hit it hard enough to make noise.
