@WONDOCTORJ . court de facto's are different, they usualy have a magistrate.
There are procedures to follow to gain juristiction.
There are videos on youtube showing everyone how it is acheived, we have done it in England. Watch
"freeman in court council tax" (without the quotation marks) Peace

Here is a video of a Sovereign winning his case . Please put the words into your You Tube search bar: Judge Bows to Sovereign and Abandons the Court !
Also, just so you know, Irene Gravenhorst wins every time she walks into a court room. Have a good one and I hope your friend criminally prosecutes the people who held him without trial or bail.

my point was that the judge and the courts will act fraudulently weather or not u are right or wrong----in other words the judge will do as he pleases and u will sit in jail for a year waiting on an appeal----me and my buddy are fighting some misdemeaner charges on him and he showed up as a third party interviener making a special appearance to make sure everything is set-off settled and closed --and we had filed a4v forms beforehand---we did everything by the book and in jail my buddy sits
u can fight the system but they will have u in a cell while u wait for your rights to work for u-----INTIMIDATION----enjoy the new world order---u can't stop it----by the way, have u seen a video of a sovereign actually winning in court??? i thought not

Until u grasp the concept that "they" don't exist, u will be --INTIMIDATED-- Sovereigns are not intimidated. The sovereign wins in the administrative court, so there are no videos, just good paperwork and quiet dismissals. Last time I was in a cell they kicked me out for writing legal paperwork for other inmates...
Got Rights?
